The Hoop’s popular Beer Festival is what Bank Holidays were invented for.  This year’s festival takes place 24th – 27th May over the Bank Holiday Weekend at The Hoop – High Street, Stock.

Beer, wine and gin has been sourced from Essex suppliers such as Brentwood Brewing Co, Mighty Oak, Crouchvale, Leigh-on-Sea, Billericay Brewing, Chelmsford Brew co, Maldons and Bishop Nick.

Some amazing wines from Newhall Vineyard and gin from Tiptree add up to an Essex flavour for this year’s Beer Festival.

The Hoop BBQ and hog roast are back as well as delicious salt beef bagels.  And Monday night is curry night £5.95 available in the main bar.

The festival will be restricted to the pub and garden only – no drinks allowed to leave the premises and no drinking on the grass verges.
