Chelmsford Winter Beer & Cider Festival 2016 gets underway at KEGS, Chelmsford from noon on 17th February and runs daily between noon and 11pm until the 20th.

Brentwood Beer will be there.  Look out for:

Lumberjack 5.2% ABV.

Blind Date 4.1% ABV A fruity golden ale with hints of toffee from the dates.

Elephant School Brewing:  Light Sa-beer 4.4% especially for Star Wars fans.  May all the fours be with you … think about it …

There will be more than 150 real ales to choose from along with more than 50 ciders, perries and pyders.

Hot and cold food as well as soft drinks will be available throughout the festival.  There’s a LocAle bar and wines from Felsted Vineyard.

The festival is organised by Chelmsford and Mid Essex CAMRA, run by volunteers and will be supporting three charities:  Breast Cancer Now, Kids Inspire and Chrohn’s and Colitis UK
