RHS Hyde Hall is holding its Woodfest & Ale Weekend on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October.  The event is being held to celebrate the life cycle of wood as well as to enjoy some Hyde Hall real ale.   Raw-hyde! is a limited run, dry-hopped beer brewed by us at Brentwood Brewery and made with the 2015 Hyde Hall hop crop.

The event promises to provide lots of family entertainment and activities.  The Essex Association of Woodcarvers, Hawthorn Heavy Horses and a local Willow weaver will be showcasing their talents.  RHS experts will be giving woodland talks and walks as well as expert advice on trees and gardening.

D’ukes ukulele band will be performing throughout the weekend.

Burger and Beyond will be serving their award-winning burgers and there’s plenty of Autumnal food and goods to tempt you in the main marquee.
