Although he’s not exactly the new boy, having been Brentwood Brewing Company’s Assistant Head Brewer, it’s Ethan’s first day in his new role.  Thanks to a handover from Sophie De Ronde following her farewell party at the Brewery on Friday, Ethan won’t have far to look for some useful equipment.  The shovel will come in very handy when our new Head Brewer is cleaning out the mash tun  this afternoon.  Good luck Ethan.  Hope the first day in your new job goes well.
