Good Times at Summer Bash

Thank you to everyone who supported our Summer Beer Festival (Saturday 22nd July).

Regardless of the weather, which was dreadful, it seems the promise of great beer and good company along with superb food and entertainment is the perfect mix for encouraging visitors to the brewery to enjoy a fabulous Brentwood Beer festival. That said, Roland, Ethan and the brewery team wish to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who braved the elements to join in the fun.

Our friends and brewery regulars, guitar duo Thirsty Work, kept everyone entertained with live music throughout the afternoon, playing a diverse range of tunes from The Beatles and rock to Britpop.

Playing from their temporary stage on the brewery balcony, amongst bags of malt, Steve Dempsey and Adrian Pallett, both of Doddinghurst, played one well-known hit after another, maintaining a lively atmosphere, appreciated by the brewery audience.

Hungry festival goers were expertly catered for by our friends at The Boneyard BBQ company.

Courtney and David are also regular visitors to the brewery for our beer festivals.

As ever, there was an abundance of tasty, refreshing Brentwood and Elephant School beer to choose from, including our August Beer of the Month Elephant School Pils.

Falcon Punch was the most requested beer of the afternoon.

If you enjoyed our Summer Bash, or even if you missed out this time, please save the date for our next Beer Festival which is Oktoberfest on Saturday 30th September.
