Santa Hats for SNAP

You may notice some of our beer bottles sporting festive mini Santa hats this month. Our aim is to encourage donations to Warley-based charity SNAP. If you’d like to keep the Santa hat, pop your donation, perhaps £1, into the SNAP collection box in the Brewery Shop. Our friends at Shenfield Wines are also taking part in this fund raising idea.

SNAP, Special Needs And Parents, helps Essex families with children and young people who have any special need or disability.

Roland said: “Bottles of Frosty Baubles and Good Elf topped with a Santa hat would make great festive gifts and I’m sure SNAP will be very pleased with any donations we can help to send their way.”

NEW: Beer in Cans Coming Soon

We realise beer in cans isn’t a new invention but selling Brentwood and Elephant School Beer in cans is new for us. And we’re getting pretty excited about launching three new products later this month. They are 440ml cans of:

Brentwood Falcon Punch 5.6%

Elephant School Morning Glory 4.4%, a New Zealand IPA

My Milk Stout Brings All the Bulls to the Yard (Export) 7.1%.

You’ll be able to buy a mixed case of 12 x 440ml cans containing 4 of each of these 3 beers. Or a straight case of 12.

The cans will be with us later this month and we’ll be making a big noise about it once they hit the shelves in the Brewery Shop.

Chockwork Back in Bottles

Great news beer fans.

Chockwork Orange is back in bottles.

A deep chocolate, malty beer brewed with oranges to give it a background citrus bitterness and matured to create a classic ‘old ale’ style.

Did you know?

Brentwood Best is now available in bottles as well.

Oktoberfest is Off

It is with regret that the Oktoberfest planned for this Saturday at Brentwood Brewery will NOT be going ahead due to circumstances beyond our control. Anyone who bought tickets will receive a full refund.

We apologise for cancelling at such short notice. The latest changes to Covid-19 restrictions have made it impossible for us to continue with the event.

Organiser Jon Cloke of Brentwood-Landkreis Roth Town Twinning Associati􏰀on said: “The announcement of further Covid-19 regulati􏰀ons on Tuesday and the promise of further extensions today, together with a requirement for a Covid-19 Risk Assessment that we could not possibly complete in three days, meant that the Oktoberfest became unworkable.”

Our bar, The Tap Room and the Brewery Shop, which are currently outdoors only, will be open on Friday and Saturday as usual from noon to 4pm for table service only. Booking in advance is advisable but not essential. Please be advised that anyone wishing to use our toilet facilities (inside the brewery) must wear a face covering or mask.

There is some good news. We still have plenty of Brentwood and Elephant School Beer for you to enjoy outside the brewery or to takeaway. Plus, for a limited time, we have some German style beer too.

So do come along and be waited on!
